You may return your meals upon a valid reason by filling out the message form on our website. We will respond as soon as it is possible. Please note you may not return meals because of wrong orders!

Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments. All our orders are completed on our website through our secure payment gateway system. Should you make an eft payment please contact us before doing so!

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payments. You may pay securely through our online payment gateway system.

Having chosen your meal Piccadilly Meals will then prepare and dispatch your meal on the schedule delivery date using our professional private frozen courier service. At present the private courier service operates on a strict schedule anytime between 08h00 - 17h00pm on the day of delivery.

All our meals are 400g per serving.

We do our best to see that no preservatives go into our meals! We make use of fresh daily products and see to it that our ingredients are of high quality.

Yes, the aluminium and polystyrene containers are air fryer and microwave friendly. It's best to first check the manuals of the relative heating appliances if in doubt about heating procedures.

Though the film is microwave friendly and air fryer safe we still recommend you remove the film or lid before heating.

Unfortunately, not! Remember we make use of independent 3rd party frozen courier companies and deliveries will be subject to delivery times that are available from the Piccadilly Meal app. At present all deliveries are done on Wednesdays between 08h00 - 17h00.

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the meal. Upon you ordering your meal a delivery charge will then be added to your order before final payment!

Unfortunately, we do not offer an onsite collection service. Our orders are now 100% online.

At present we serve and deliver only to the following areas. Northern Suburbs and Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, Blouberg and surrounds.

None of our meals are halaal!

All orders for same week delivery must be done at least 36 hours prior to day of delivery. Any orders placed after this time schedule will then be delivered the following Wednesday. At Piccadilly Meals we are willing to accommodate special circumstances upon our own discretion and our preparation schedules.
